KUALA LUMPUR, July 29 — The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) is currently ranked among the best in Southeast Asia and should explore opportunities to diversify its products by making more specific forecasts, said its director-general Jailan Simon.

KUALA LUMPUR,  Nov 28 — The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has ended the yellow  warning alert  for six states in the country, following the forecast of improving weather conditions in the states concerned.
